    Rachel Yates, is in charge of child care staff development and organization at our Southern Satellite Unites.  She is also responsible for their scheduling.  This requires knowing appointments, doctor visits and recreational activities of the children and staff at our Camdenton, Eldorado Springs and Barnett Units.  After being a houseparent for over 14 years, she has abundant experience to help our child care staff with any problems they may face.
